I'm safe(health),now.........many people ask me about SARS
what's  terrible! but I'm fine.....^^
yesterday4/30, "Beautiful Days" the end in taiwan CTV. today 5/1 will be broadcast "Truth"in CTV...... it's wonderful ^^.....
JiWoo has 2 drama continue broadcast in CTV .........I'm happy

Honey ^^ ... except ginger, the other two ingredients are dried herbs. Do you need to bring them to boil or just mashed to pour in hot water ? Thanks.

1. pour into a kettle the 3 ingredients (cinnamon bark 70%+ ginger 20%+ licorice 10%)
2. boil during one hour
3. drink a mug three times a day

Umm... it's no harm in trying this method as all these ingredients are pure natural. I think it tastes ... not ... bad^^ Thanks for the details.
