It is good to share with "others" -- we have "significant others" whom we treasure most of their feelings, safety and health -- they can be your close loved ones, and also close friends. We have "others" that we don't know much about, but can be shared with what's going on your minds -- they can be your trusted listeners, like counselors...but with confidentiality.
No matter what, all are good for our mental health. A little alcohol can ease a bit of your bad moods, but more & excessive will become alcoholics, who can't control their "drunken" behavior.
Regrets can have negative impact to human beings -- because we tend to blame ourselves for not doing so & so, otherwise there will not be such consequences etc...but regrets can turn to encouragement, giving positive energy after we have learnt in the "lessons" and work hard to help those needy friends/people, when we become more empathetic and sensitive to their moods and needs. Forgive those sinned against us, and forgive our sins or inadequacies to those we should care about. Start off now a new page of life...
As Christians, we seek after encouragement from our mighty God, and then we will be healed with positive energy to live on, work and help for ourselves, our loved ones and those needy.
And we are not too sad on loss of loved ones, as long as they live in peace under His good care. What matter most is the care of those surviving, and need help whatsoever.
Let's all give our words of encouragement, support and praises...hope this really help the needy ones beside us.
